Further Upside will continue only if Nifty Fut holds 5890.

Going Forward,

Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 6089-6109 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it may touch 6184 & 6239.

But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 6109, Will be in a trading range 5890-6109.

Strong support lies at 5890-5905.

Only if it breaks & closes below 5890, it may touch 5795 & 5691..

But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 6056, Will be in a trading range 5819-6056.
Strong support lies at 5825-5836.

Expect Further Upmove in medium term if 5780 is held.
Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 5978-5994 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it may touch 6090 & 6174.
But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 5994, Will be in a trading range 5784-5994.
Strong support lies at 5790-5804.

Nifty has broken its medium term Support of 5930 & Volume Based Selling was witnessed. Small Pullback rally MAYBE witnessed after a 475 point cut in Nifty in last 2 weeks. But it might Just be a PullBack & not a Bull Back.

Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 5994-6014 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it may touch 6084 & 6141.
But, If fails to cross & 6014, Will be in a trading range 5819-6014.
Strong support lies at 5920-5828.
Only if it breaks & closes below 5819, it may touch 5738 & 5665.

Be quick in your Trades as Movements are expected to be very spiky & Trade with Stricter SL. When in Profits, Either book Gains or Keep Trailing with a revised SL in order to maximize gains & reduce Risk Factor.

Weekly Nifty Outlook (27/09/2010 - 01/10/2010)

Stay Bullish on Nifty Fut till it holds 5917.

Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 6055-6073 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it will touch 6139 & 6217.
But, If fails to cross 6075, Will be in a trading range 5910-6075.
Strong support lies at 5934-5918. Only if it breaks & sustains below 5910, it may touch 5824 & 5763.

Strategy should be to Buy on dips around 5918-5935 till it does not break 5910.

Stock Ideas :
Hold IFCI as recommended in Last View. Also Hold IFCI 70 OCT Call Option.
Bata India If moves & sustains above 343/345 is a short term buy.
Also Keep an eye on National Aluminium. CMP 404. Buy a small Qty in any dip upto 395..

FSL recommended last week @ 26-26.5 is now in a gain of approx 10%. Start booking partially

Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 5920-5938 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it will touch 5974 & 6027.
But, If fails to cross 5938, Will fall upto 5835 & 5778.
Strong support lies at 5760-5776. Only if it breaks & sustains below 5760, it may touch 5686 & 5603.

Overall Though Nifty has risen approx 8-10% in a very very short span of time, it is still bullish. But, a small correction cannot be ruled out. Remain Stock Specific admist high volataility. Use the Strategy "Short on Rises & Keep buying on dips"

IFCI has a potential to rise 8-10% from current levels. To avoid huge risk by trading in Fut in such a Over Heated Market, Buy IFCI OCT Series 70 CA (CMP 1-1.3). Max Risk Rs 4000. Profit may be huge.
