Mktviews Weekly Nifty Analysis (06/12/2010-10/12/2010)
Weekly Nifty Analysis for the week 06/12/2010-10/12/2010 :
Last Week, Sharp Bounce Back was witnessed as expected But Volumes recorded were very low
Turn Cautious/Bearish if Nifty Fut fails to close above 6109. If does not close above 6109, then this upmove would lose its steam & may again turn South-Wards. If this happens, It may once again be only a Pullback & not a Bullback.
Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 6091-6109 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it may touch 6176 & 6236.
But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 6109, Will be in a trading range 5876-6109.
Strong support lies at 5878-5884.
Only if it breaks & closes below 5876, it may touch 5793 & 5719.
Be quick in your Trades as Movements are expected to be very spiky & Trade with Stricter SL. When in Profits, Either book Gains or Keep Trailing with a revised SL in order to maximize gains & reduce Risk Factor.
