Relentless Selling Pressure has led Indices to close to a 5 Month Low & Slip below 200 DMA. Use Small Pullbacks to exit Longs till 5608 is not crossed as Selling Pressure is witnessed at all higher levels.

Going Forward,
Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 5593-5608 levels crossing & sustaining above which, It will be Positionally Bullish & may touch 5719 & 5809.

But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 5608, Will be in a trading range 5419-5608. 

Strong support lies at 5421-5426.

Only if it breaks & closes below 5419, it may touch 5335 & 5244..

Also Expectations of Lower Quarterly results of India Inc due to rising commodity prices also added to the Market Mayhem !!

Stay Bearish on Nifty till 5994 is not crossed.

Going Forward,
Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 5976-5994 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it may touch 6089 & 6176. .

But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 5994, Will be in a trading range 5819-5994. 

Strong support lies at 5820-5826.

Only if it breaks & closes below 5819, it may touch 5735 & 5661..

Weekly Nifty Analysis (03/01/2011-07/01/2011)

Last 2 Weeks, Nifty traded with +ve bias admidst very low volumes due to subdued FII activity.
Though Trend stayed +ve & 6182 was achieved above 6109 as already predicted in advance. But its time to TURN CAUTIOUS as this upmove is with LOW VOLUMES.
Further Upside will continue only if Nifty Fut holds 6058.

Going Forward,
Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 6223-6246 levels crossing & sustaining above which, it may touch 6334 & 6439.

But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 6249, Will be in a trading range 6058-6249. 

Strong support lies at 6060-6076.

Only if it breaks & closes below 6058, it may touch 5935 & 5861..
