Mktviews Weekly Nifty Analysis (17/01/2011-21/01/2011)

Mktviews Weekly Nifty Analysis (17/01/2011-21/01/2011)

Relentless High Volume Selling Pressure by FII & Lower than expected Q3 Results of SAIL & Infosys led a 300 Point cut in Nifty.
Although the Trend is Negative, Still Nifty Future can give a small Bounce back. But, It may only be a Pullback & Not a bullback.

Going Forward,
Nifty Fut will face stiff resistance at 5784-5804 levels crossing & sustaining above which, It will be Positionally Bullish & may touch 5914 & 6030.
But, If fails to cross & sustain abv 5807, Will be in a trading range 5561-5807.
Strong support lies at 5563-5570.
Only if it breaks & closes below 5561, it may touch 5435 & 5351..

Be quick in your Trades as Movements are expected to be very spiky & Trade with Stricter SL. When in Profits, Either book Gains or Keep Trailing with a revised SL in order to maximize gains & reduce Risk Factor.
